After just a few steps, you can explore the online world with vSIM.
vSIM must be activated and registered within 3 months from the phone’s warranty activation date. Otherwise, the 4G DATA package will be disabled.
Step 1
Go to Settings > Mobile data> SIM card management > Select vSIM
Step 2
Click on “Register”
Step 3
Select the type of registration ID document. Enter the Employee code and OTP (This step requires the support of VinaPhone’s staff at service locations)
Step 4
Take a photo of your identification and facial recognition for verification
Step 5
Fill in the registration information and sign it electronically. Select “Confirm”
Step 6
The contract provides full information and is digitally signed. Select “Finish”
Step 7
Turn on “ON” mode in vSIM to use special features
